Toy Soldier
  1. 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Inhale and engage your core muscles.
  3. 3 - Lift your right leg straight out in front of you while simultaneously reaching your left hand toward your toes.
  4. 4 - Keep your left leg straight as you reach forward.
  5. 5 - Exhale as you return your right leg and left arm to the starting position.
  6. 6 - Inhale and switch to your left leg, lifting it straight out in front of you while reaching your right hand toward your toes.
  7. 7 - Continue alternating legs while keeping your movements fluid.
  8. 8 - Perform the Toy Soldier dynamic stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing rhythmically.
