Skater Hops
- 1 - Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Shift your weight to your right foot, slightly bending the knee.
- 3 - Lift your left foot off the ground, balancing on your right.
- 4 - Push off your right foot to leap laterally to the left.
- 5 - Land softly on your left foot, swinging your right leg behind.
- 6 - Push off your left foot to hop to the right side.
- 7 - Land softly on your right foot, swinging your left leg behind.
- 8 - Continue hopping from side to side, maintaining a smooth rhythm.
