Mountain Hops
- 1 - Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- 2 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
- 3 - Begin by explosively jumping both feet forward toward your hands.
- 4 - Land with your feet outside of your hands in a squat position.
- 5 - Immediately jump your feet back to the starting plank position.
- 6 - Continue hopping your feet forward and backward, maintaining a brisk pace.
- 7 - Use your arms for balance and coordination.
