Mountain Hops
  1. 1 - Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
  2. 2 - Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, engaging your core.
  3. 3 - Begin by explosively jumping both feet forward toward your hands.
  4. 4 - Land with your feet outside of your hands in a squat position.
  5. 5 - Immediately jump your feet back to the starting plank position.
  6. 6 - Continue hopping your feet forward and backward, maintaining a brisk pace.
  7. 7 - Use your arms for balance and coordination.
