Double-Unders
  1. 1 - Hold a jump rope with both handles in each hand.
  2. 2 - Stand with your feet together and the rope behind you.
  3. 3 - Start by swinging the rope over your head and jump with both feet.
  4. 4 - While in mid-air, make two rotations of the rope under your feet before landing.
  5. 5 - Time your jumps to allow the rope to pass twice under your feet in one jump.
  6. 6 - Keep your wrists and forearms engaged for control.
