  1. 1 - Start with your hand in a neutral position, fingers extended straight.
  2. 2 - Gently bend your fingers at the knuckles, creating a fist while keeping your thumb outside.
  3. 3 - Curl your fingers into a full fist, feeling a stretch through the palm and fingers.
  4. 4 - Extend your fingers back to a tabletop position, straightening at the knuckles.
  5. 5 - Open your hand fully, extending fingers straight outward.
  6. 6 - Perform these finger tendon glides in a fluid, rhythmic motion, moving through each position.
