- 3 - Curl your fingers into a full fist, feeling a stretch through the palm and fingers.
- 4 - Extend your fingers back to a tabletop position, straightening at the knuckles.
- 5 - Open your hand fully, extending fingers straight outward.
- 6 - Perform these finger tendon glides in a fluid, rhythmic motion, moving through each position.
