Barbell Incline Bench Press
  1. 1 - Adjust the incline bench to your desired angle (usually around 30-45 degrees).
  2. 2 - Lie back on the bench with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your shoulder blades pinched together.
  3. 3 - Grab the bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and lift it off the rack.
  4. 4 - Lower the bar towards your upper chest, keeping your elbows at a 45-degree angle from your body.
  5. 5 - Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then press the bar back up to the starting position.
  6. 6 - Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
