  1. 1 - Start with the PVC pipe in front of you at chest level.
  2. 2 - Lift the pipe upward and to the right, going around the right side of your head.
  3. 3 - Continue the motion by bringing the pipe down behind your head and neck.
  4. 4 - Sweep it up and around the left side of your head.
  5. 5 - Finish the figure-eight pattern by bringing the pipe back down in front of your chest.
  6. 6 - Repeat the figure-eight motion for a set number of repetitions or a specific duration.
  7. 7 - You can also reverse the direction by starting to the left and going around the head in the opposite direction.
