Dumbbell Incline Chest Press
- 1 - Set up on an incline bench.
- 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
- 3 - Push the dumbbells up. Exhale as you go.
- 4 - Pause briefly at the top squeezing your chest.
- 5 - Lower the dumbbells back down inhaling as you go.
- 6 - Repeat for your desired number of reps ensuring controlled movements.
