Dumbbell Incline Chest Press
  1. 1 - Set up on an incline bench.
  2. 2 - Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
  3. 3 - Push the dumbbells up. Exhale as you go.
  4. 4 - Pause briefly at the top squeezing your chest.
  5. 5 - Lower the dumbbells back down inhaling as you go.
  6. 6 - Repeat for your desired number of reps ensuring controlled movements.
