1 - You’ll need a single heavy object, such as a dumbbell or kettlebell.
2 - Lift the heavy object off the ground and stand up straight. Your shoulder should be pulled back, and your chest should be lifted. You’ll be holding the heavy object in one hand, similar to carrying a suitcase.
3 - Start walking while maintaining an upright posture. Take small, controlled steps, keeping your core engaged and your arm relaxed but firmly holding onto the heavy object.
4 - Walk a predetermined distance or for a specific amount of time.
5 - Carefully lower the heavy object back to the ground when you’ve completed the carry.
