Happy Baby Pose
- 1 - Start by lying on your back on a yoga mat or a comfortable surface.
- 2 - Bend your knees toward your chest.
- 3 - Hold the outer edges of your feet with your hands, palms facing upward.
- 4 - Gently open your knees and bring them toward your armpits.
- 5 - Your feet should be flexed, and your ankles should be aligned over your knees.
- 6 - Keep your lower back and tailbone on the ground.
- 7 - You can gently rock side to side to increase the stretch and relax into the pose.
- 8 - Hold the pose for 15-30 seconds, taking deep breaths. Release by bringing your knees back to your chest.
