Happy Baby Pose
  1. 1 - Start by lying on your back on a yoga mat or a comfortable surface.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees toward your chest.
  3. 3 - Hold the outer edges of your feet with your hands, palms facing upward.
  4. 4 - Gently open your knees and bring them toward your armpits.
  5. 5 - Your feet should be flexed, and your ankles should be aligned over your knees.
  6. 6 - Keep your lower back and tailbone on the ground.
  7. 7 - You can gently rock side to side to increase the stretch and relax into the pose.
  8. 8 - Hold the pose for 15-30 seconds, taking deep breaths. Release by bringing your knees back to your chest.
