Side-to-Side Leg Swings
- 1 - Stand upright with your feet together, hands at your sides, and your core engaged.
- 2 - Hold onto a stable surface, such as a wall or a sturdy piece of furniture, for balance if needed.
- 3 - Begin the exercise by swinging your right leg out to the side as high as comfortably possible, keeping it straight.
- 4 - Swing your right leg back across your body to the left side, crossing in front of your left leg.
- 5 - As your right leg swings back to the right side, let it naturally swing in a controlled pendulum motion.
- 6 - Repeat this side-to-side swinging motion for the desired number of repetitions on your right leg.
- 7 - Switch to your left leg and perform the same swinging motion.
