Standing Quad Hold Stretch
- 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Hold onto a stable surface, like a wall or a chair, for support if needed.
- 3 - Shift your weight onto your left leg.
- 4 - Bend your right knee and bring your heel toward your buttocks, grabbing your right ankle with your right hand.
- 5 - Keep your knees close together, and make sure your standing knee is slightly bent.
- 6 - Balance on your left leg while keeping your right thigh parallel to the ground.
- 7 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the quadriceps stretch.
- 8 - Gently release your right ankle and switch to your right leg.
