Neck Flexion and Extension
  1. 1 - Sit or stand with your back straight.
  2. 2 - Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest.
  3. 3 - Gently apply pressure with your hand on the back of your head to increase the stretch.
  4. 4 - Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch along the front of your neck.
  5. 5 - Relax and return your head to the upright position.
  6. 6 - Slowly tilt your head backward, looking up toward the ceiling.
  7. 7 - Place your hands on your neck and apply gentle pressure to enhance the stretch.
  8. 8 - Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch along the back of your neck.
