Yoke Squat
1 - Set up the Yoke apparatus in a suitable location with enough space.
2 - Adjust the height of the crossbar on the yoke to your desired starting position. It should rest on your shoulders, similar to a squat bar.
3 - Stand inside the yoke and position yourself under the crossbar. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart.
4 - Lift the crossbar off the rack by lifting upward with your shoulders and back.
5 - Perform a squat by bending your hips and knees, lowering your body toward the ground.
6 - Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground or reach your desired depth.
7 - Push through your heels to stand back up and return to the starting position.
8 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
