Kettlebell Two-Arm Row
- 1 - Place a pair of kettlebells on the floor in front of you. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and position the kettlebell between your feet.
- 2 - Bend at your hips and knees to reach down and pick up the kettlebell with both hands. Maintain a straight back with a natural arch in your lower back.
- 3 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and slightly bend your knees. Keep your back straight, chest up, and shoulders back.
- 4 - Pull the kettlebell toward your hips by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Keep your upper arms close to your body during the movement.
- 5 - At the top of the movement, squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold for a moment to engage your back muscles.
- 6 - Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position with control, allowing your arms to fully extend.
- 7 - Perform the desired number of repetitions. Typically, 8-12 reps per set are recommended.
