Towel Pull Up
  1. 1 - Fold the towel lengthwise and drape it over the pull-up bar so that it hangs down evenly.
  2. 2 - Stand facing the pull-up bar and reach up to grip both sides of the towel with one hand on each side. Your palms should be facing each other, and the towel should be in the center of your hands.
  3. 3 - Lift your feet off the ground, so your entire body weight is supported by your grip on the towel.
  4. 4 - Perform a pull-up by bending your arms and pulling your chest up toward the bar. Focus on using your back, shoulders, and arms to complete the movement. Your grip on the towel should be the primary means of support.
  5. 5 - Slowly lower your body back down to the starting position, maintaining your grip on the towel.
  6. 6 - Slowly lower your body back down to the starting position, maintaining your grip on the towel.
