Lateral Hurdle Jump
1 - Set up a series of hurdles or obstacles in a straight line with some distance between them.
2 - Stand next to the first hurdle, feet hip-width apart.
3 - Bend your knees slightly, preparing to jump laterally.
4 - Explosively jump over the first hurdle to land on the other side. Upon landing, immediately jump laterally over the next hurdle in the sequence.
5 - Focus on maintaining a brisk pace and controlled landings.
6 - Once you reach the end of the hurdle line, turn around and jump back in the opposite direction.
