Barbell Overhead Squat
  1. 1 - Stand with feet hip-width apart. Grip the barbell overhead, arms fully extended.
  2. 2 - Bend knees and hips, squatting while keeping the barbell overhead.
  3. 3 - Descend into a deep squat position, ideally with your thighs parallel to the ground or lower. Keep your chest up and your back straight.
  4. 4 - Push through your heels to stand back up, extending your hips and knees. Maintain the barbell overhead throughout the movement.
  5. 5 - Perform the desired number of repetitions while keeping the barbell stabilized overhead.
  6. 6 - Carefully lower the barbell to the front rack position or the ground to complete the exercise.
