Barbell Upright Row
  1. 1 - Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell with an overhand grip, with your hands about shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Keep your arms extended and the barbell resting against your thighs.
  3. 3 - Engage your core muscles and lift the barbell straight up towards your chin, keeping it close to your body.
  4. 4 - Keep your elbows pointed outwards and lift the barbell up until it reaches chest level.
  5. 5 - Hold the peak contraction for a moment, squeezing your shoulder muscles.
  6. 6 - Slowly lower the barbell back down to the starting position.
  7. 7 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
