Machine Lying Chest Press
  1. 1 - Lie down on your back on the bench with your feet flat on the ground.
  2. 2 - Adjust the lever arms of the machine so that the handles are at chest level.
  3. 3 - Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart.
  4. 4 - Push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended in front of your chest.
  5. 5 - Slowly lower the handles towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body. Your upper arms should be parallel to the ground.
  6. 6 - Push the handles back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully
  7. 7 - Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
