Standing Knee Raise
- 1 - Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Keep your posture tall, with your shoulders relaxed and back.
- 3 - Lift one knee toward your chest as high as comfortably possible.
- 4 - Hold the raised knee with your hands or arms, gently pulling it closer to your chest.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
- 6 - Gently release your knee and lower it back to the ground.
- 7 - Repeat the stretch with the other knee.
