Puppy Pose
  1. 1 - Start in a tabletop position on your hands and knees, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
  2. 2 - Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, walk your hands forward, lowering your chest and forehead toward the floor.
  3. 3 - Keep your hips directly above your knees.
  4. 4 - Extend your arms forward as far as your flexibility allows, with your palms flat on the ground.
  5. 5 - Relax your forehead on the mat and release your neck.
  6. 6 - Maintain a gentle stretch in your shoulders and upper back.
  7. 7 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while taking deep breaths.
  8. 8 - Inhale and walk your hands back toward your body to return to the tabletop position.
