Foam Roll Thoracic Spine
- 1 - Begin in a tabletop position on the floor with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
- 2 - Place a foam roller vertically in front of one of your knees, aligning it with your right knee, for example.
- 3 - Reach your right arm through the space between your left arm and your left knee.
- 4 - Rest your right forearm on the foam roller with your palm facing up.
- 5 - Begin to roll the foam roller inward, guiding your right arm under your chest and through the space between your left arm and left knee.
- 6 - Return to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat the rolling and threading motion for about 1-2 minutes.
- 8 - Switch sides by aligning the foam roller with your left knee and repeating the same motion with your left arm.
