1 - Start in a tabletop position on the floor with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
2 - Lift your knees slightly off the ground, keeping them bent at a 90-degree angle. This is your starting position.
3 - Begin by moving your right hand and left foot forward simultaneously, taking a small step. Your right hand and left foot should move together.
4 - Next, move your left hand and right foot forward, taking another step.
5 - Continue this alternating pattern, moving your hands and feet in unison, similar to how a bear moves.
6 - Keep your core engaged and your back flat as you crawl forward.
