Leg Extension
- 1 - Start by sitting on a leg extension machine and adjusting the footpad to fit your legs.
- 2 - Adjust the weight on the machine to a comfortable level for your fitness level.
- 3 - Place your ankles behind the footpad, and hold onto the handles if the machine has them.
- 4 - Keep your back straight and engage your core muscles.
- 5 - Slowly lift your legs until they are fully extended in front of you, and hold this position for a second.
- 6 - Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position, and repeat for the desired number of reps.
- 7 - Exhale as you extend your legs, and inhale as you lower them.
- 8 - Repeat for desired number of reps.
