Shin Box Switch
  1. 1 - Start by sitting on the floor with your legs extended straight in front of you.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees and bring your feet close to your hips.
  3. 3 - Choose whether to use your hands for support behind you or extend them out in front of you at shoulder height.
  4. 4 - Shift your weight to the right side, bending your right knee and bringing your right foot toward your left inner thigh.
  5. 5 - Rotate your hips and legs, bringing your left leg over your right leg, creating a figure-four shape with your legs.
  6. 6 - Sit up tall in this new position, with your left knee pointed toward the ceiling and your right knee pointing forward.
  7. 7 - To switch sides, reverse the movement. First, lean back slightly and rotate your hips and legs back to the starting position.
  8. 8 - Then, repeat the movement to the other side, shifting your weight to the left, bringing your left foot toward your right inner thigh, and creating the figure-four shape with your legs on the opposite side.
