Power Steps
  1. 1 - Set up a series of steps or stairs with a heavy cylindrical object at the base of the stairs.
  2. 2 - The cylindrical object is equipped with a handle that allows athletes to grip it with both hands.
  3. 3 - Athletes stand in front of the cylindrical object with their feet shoulder-width apart.
  4. 4 - Bend at the hips and knees to get a secure grip on the handle of the object.
  5. 5 - Lift the object off the ground using proper lifting technique, such as using your legs and maintaining a straight back.
  6. 6 - Carry the object up the stairs, one step at a time, while moving as quickly as possible.
  7. 7 - Place the object on the top step or in a designated area at the top of the stairs.
  8. 8 - The athlete who reaches the top of the stairs first with the object wins the event.
