1 - Research and select a reputable cryospa in your area. Look for reviews and recommendations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
2 - Contact the cryospa and schedule a whole-body cryotherapy session. These sessions are typically short, lasting a few minutes.
3 - Arrive at the cryospa a little early to complete any necessary paperwork and receive instructions.
4 - Before your whole-body cryotherapy session, you’ll be provided with safety information and possibly asked about any medical conditions or concerns.
5 - Wear appropriate clothing for the session, and make sure you have dry socks and gloves. The cryospa may provide these items.
6 - You’ll enter the whole-body cryotherapy chamber, which is cooled using liquid nitrogen or electric cooling systems. During the session, your head will remain outside the chamber
7 - A whole-body cryotherapy session usually lasts for about 2 to 3 minutes, during which the chamber temperature drops to extremely cold levels, often reaching -220°F (-140°C) or lower.
8 - After the session, you’ll exit the chamber and can change back into your regular clothing. Your body temperature will quickly return to normal
