1 - Stand next to the sandbag with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2 - Bend at your hips and knees to lower yourself down, maintaining a straight back.
3 - Grip the sandbag handles or, if it doesn’t have handles, grab onto the sandbag securely with both hands.
4 - Lift the sandbag off the ground, keeping your back straight and chest up.
5 - Begin to walk forward while holding the sandbag. You can carry it on one shoulder, across your back, or bear-hug style, depending on your preference and the sandbag’s design.
6 - Take small, controlled steps to maintain your balance and control.
7 - Continue walking for a predetermined distance or until you reach a finish line.
