Cable Knee Drive
  1. 1 - Set up a cable machine with an ankle strap attachment on the low pulley.
  2. 2 - Attach the ankle strap to your ankle and stand facing the machine.
  3. 3 - Position the pulley and cable so that it’s at the lowest setting and secure your ankle strap to the cable.
  4. 4 - Step back from the machine to create tension in the cable. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  5. 5 - Brace your core and maintain good posture throughout the exercise.
  6. 6 - Lift your knee as high as you can, driving it toward your chest while pulling against the cable resistance.
  7. 7 - Lower your knee back down under control and repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
  8. 8 - After completing the set, switch to the other leg and perform the same movement.
