Cable Knee Drive
- 1 - Set up a cable machine with an ankle strap attachment on the low pulley.
- 2 - Attach the ankle strap to your ankle and stand facing the machine.
- 3 - Position the pulley and cable so that it’s at the lowest setting and secure your ankle strap to the cable.
- 4 - Step back from the machine to create tension in the cable. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
- 5 - Brace your core and maintain good posture throughout the exercise.
- 6 - Lift your knee as high as you can, driving it toward your chest while pulling against the cable resistance.
- 7 - Lower your knee back down under control and repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
- 8 - After completing the set, switch to the other leg and perform the same movement.
