Bar-Facing Burpees
  1. 1 - Stand facing the barbell with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Drop into a squat, placing hands on the ground.
  3. 3 - Jump feet back, clearing the bar, landing in a plank.
  4. 4 - Perform a quick push-up.
  5. 5 - Explosively jump feet back toward the bar.
  6. 6 - Jump over the bar, rotating 180 degrees in the air.
  7. 7 - Land on the opposite side facing the bar.
  8. 8 - Repeat the sequence, ensuring you jump over and face the bar with each rep.
