Bar-Facing Burpees
- 1 - Stand facing the barbell with feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2 - Drop into a squat, placing hands on the ground.
- 3 - Jump feet back, clearing the bar, landing in a plank.
- 4 - Perform a quick push-up.
- 5 - Explosively jump feet back toward the bar.
- 6 - Jump over the bar, rotating 180 degrees in the air.
- 7 - Land on the opposite side facing the bar.
- 8 - Repeat the sequence, ensuring you jump over and face the bar with each rep.
