Sitting Wide-Leg Adductor Stretch
- 1 - Sit on the floor with your legs extended as wide apart as comfortably possible.
- 2 - Keep your feet flexed and your toes pointing up.
- 3 - Place your hands on the floor in front of you.
- 4 - Inhale and sit up straight with your back tall and your chest open.
- 5 - Exhale and gently hinge at your hips, leaning forward from your hips, not your lower back.
- 6 - As you reach forward, simultaneously lift your buttocks off the floor by engaging your core and adductors.
- 7 - Lower your buttocks back to the floor while inhaling.
- 8 - Repeat the lift and lower motion for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
