Barbell Seated Overhead Tricep Extension
  1. 1 - Begin by sitting on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and holding a barbell with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Hold the barbell slightly behind and over your head with your arms fully extended.
  3. 3 - Engage your core muscles and slowly lower the barbell down towards the back of your neck, keeping your elbows in place and close to your head.
  4. 4 - Lower the barbell until your forearms are parallel or lower than parallel to the ground.
  5. 5 - Hold the stretch for a moment, then keeping your elbows in place, slowly raise the barbell back up to the starting position.
  6. 6 - Keep your back straight throughout the exercise and avoid arching your back.
  7. 7 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
