Bunny Hops
  1. 1 - Stand with your feet together or hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Keep your knees slightly bent.
  3. 3 - Perform small, quick hops up and down while staying close to the ground, almost like you’re barely leaving the floor.
  4. 4 - Your feet remain close together as you hop and land softly, using your leg muscles to spring you up and down.
