Skipping (Jump Rope)
  1. 1 - Choose a jump rope that’s the appropriate length for your height. Stand on the middle of the rope, and the handles should reach your armpits.
  2. 2 - Hold one handle in each hand, palms facing forward. your hands should be positioned at hip height.
  3. 3 - Stand with your feet together and your elbows close to your sides.
  4. 4 - Swing the jump rope over your head and towards the ground in a circular motion. As the rope approaches your feet, jump over it.

  6. 6 - Jump just high enough to clear the rope as it passes under your feet. Land softly on the balls of your feet with your knees slightly bent.
