  1. 1 - Begin by selecting a heavy object or weight plate. It could be a bumper plate, sandbag, or any suitable object with a handle or grip.
  2. 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3 - Hold the chosen object with both hands, gripping it at chest level with your palms facing upward.
  4. 4 - Lift the object up to chest height and keep it close to your body.
  5. 5 - Stand upright with your shoulders back, chest out, and your core engaged.
  6. 6 - Hold the object in this front position for a specified amount of time or for as long as you can maintain proper form.
