Lying Glute Stretch
  1. 1 - Lie on your back with both knees bent.
  2. 2 - Cross your right ankle over your left knee.
  3. 3 - Reach through and clasp your hands behind your left thigh.
  4. 4 - Gently pull your left knee towards your chest.
  5. 5 - Feel a stretch in the outer right hip and glute.
  6. 6 - Hold the stretch for a comfortable duration.
  7. 7 - Release and switch to the other side.
  8. 8 - Repeat the lying glute stretch to target both hips.
