- Start by standing or sitting up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift your right arm overhead, bending it at the elbow, and reach your hand down your back.
- Your goal is to gently grasp the fingers of your right hand with your left hand. If you can’t reach your fingers, you can use a towel or strap to bridge the gap.
- Keep your back straight and your head in a neutral position.
- Pull gently with your left hand to stretch your right triceps.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while taking deep breaths.
- Release your right arm, and then switch to the left arm, repeating the stretch.
