Kettlebell Toss
- 1 - Set up a horizontal bar or obstacle at a specified height. Choose a heavy kettlebell.
- 2 - Stand in front of the bar with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Hold the kettlebell with both hands, gripping it firmly by the handle.
- 4 - Prepare to throw the kettlebell over the bar by bending at your hips and knees.
- 5 - Swing the kettlebell between your legs in a controlled manner, generating momentum.
- 6 - Explode upward with your hips and knees, simultaneously swinging the kettlebell forward and upward.
- 7 - Release the kettlebell when it reaches the peak of its trajectory, aiming to clear the horizontal bar.
- 8 - Repeat the throw for the desired number of reps or within a specified time limit.
