Barbell Hack Squat
  1. 1 - Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a loaded barbell behind your legs.
  2. 2 - Bend down and grasp the barbell with an overhand grip, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. 3 - Keep your back straight and your chest up, lift the barbell up to your hips by standing up.
  4. 4 - Keep your weight on your heels and lower your body by bending your knees, pushing your hips back, and lowering your torso forward.
  5. 5 - Lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground or lower.
  6. 6 - Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement, then push back up to the starting position by extending your knees and hips.
  7. 7 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
