Ski-Erg
  1. 1 - Stand facing the Ski Erg machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Hold the handles with an overhand grip, arms extended.
  3. 3 - Initiate the movement by bending your hips and knees slightly.
  4. 4 - Simultaneously pull the handles down while pushing your hips back.
  5. 5 - Straighten your hips and knees as you return to the starting position.
