Leaning Back Stretch On Knees
Leaning Back Stretch On Knees
  1. 1 - Start by kneeling on the floor with your knees hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Sit on your heels, with your buttocks resting on your heels.
  3. 3 - Place your hands on the floor behind you, with your fingers pointing away from your body.
  4. 4 - Inhale and engage your core muscles.
  5. 5 - As you exhale, gently lean back, without pushing your hips forward, and arch your back.
  6. 6 - Your hands should support your weight as you lean back, and you’ll feel a stretch in your core, chest, shoulders, and along your spine.
  7. 7 - Allow your head to gently fall backward if it’s comfortable.
  8. 8 - Hold this stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply and feeling the stretch in your core, chest, shoulders, and spine.
