Cable Lat Pulldown
  1. 1 - Set the cable machine to a high pulley and attach the wide grip bar. Sit on the bench facing the machine and grasp the bar with both hands, palms facing forward and hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Sit with your knees under the pad and your feet flat on the floor. Keep your back straight, your chest up, and your shoulders down.
  3. 3 - Pull the bar down towards your chest, leading with your elbows. Keep your elbows close to your body as you pull the bar down, and squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement.
  4. 4 - Pause for a moment, then slowly release the bar back to the starting position, with your arms fully extended.
  5. 5 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
