- Start with a heavy, cylindrical object (often a log or stone) that has a handle or grip attached to it.
- Stand inside the circle marked on the ground with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the object from the ground using the handle, holding it in front of you at waist level.
- Begin walking in a circle while holding the object. You’ll need to navigate around the circle’s perimeter, which can be challenging due to the weight and the circular path.
- Maintain a straight back and engage your core muscles throughout the exercise to ensure stability.
- Continue walking until you complete the specified distance or time, or until you are unable to maintain control of the object.
