Broad Jump
1 - Stand with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, and your arms by your sides.
2 - Bend your knees slightly and swing your arms backward to create momentum.
3 - Explosively push through your feet, swinging your arms forward, and jump as far forward as you can.
4 - Land with your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact. Try to land smoothly and maintain your balance.
5 - Turn around and perform the broad jump again, jumping as far as you can each time.
