1 - Start by standing with your balls of your feet hip-width apart on the platform of the calf raise lever machine, your heels extending beyond the platform in air.
2 - Adjust the height of the shoulder pads to comfortably rest on your shoulders.
3 - Place your hands on the handles and engage your core muscles.
4 - Push the platform up by extending your ankles, raising your heels as high as possible.
5 - Hold the peak contraction for a moment, squeezing your calf muscles.
6 - Lower the platform back down slowly and in a controlled manner until your heels are slightly below the platform.
