- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand in front of your thighs. Your palms should be facing your body.
- 2 - Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core engaged for stability.
- 3 - Begin the movement by lifting the kettlebells straight up towards your chin. Keep the kettlebells close to your body throughout the exercise.
- 4 - As you lift the kettlebells, your elbows should point out to the sides and should be higher than your forearms.
- 5 - Lift the kettlebells until they reach chest height or slightly below, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- 6 - Lower the kettlebells back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
