  1. 1 - Stand with dumbbells at shoulder height.
  2. 2 - Lower into a squat, then drop the dumbbells to the floor.
  3. 3 - Kick your feet back into a plank position.
  4. 4 - Do a push-up if desired.
  5. 5 - Row one dumbbell to your hip, then switch to the other.
  6. 6 - Kick your feet forward back to the squat position.
  7. 7 - Stand up while holding the dumbbells.
  8. 8 - press the dumbbells overhead and then repeat.
