Jumping Pull-Up
  1. 1 - Stand with feet shoulder-width apart in front of a pull-up bar.
  2. 2 - Jump explosively, reaching for the bar with both hands.
  3. 3 - As you grasp the bar, initiate a pull-up motion.
  4. 4 - Aim to bring your chin above the bar.
  5. 5 - Lower your body down under control.
  6. 6 - Land softly to absorb the impact.
