Finger Flexor Stretch
  1. 1 - Extend your right arm in front of you, with your palm facing upward.
  2. 2 - With your left hand, gently hold the fingers of your right hand.
  3. 3 - Apply a light, steady pressure to gently bend your right hand’s fingers backward.
  4. 4 - You should feel a stretch along the front of your right hand and fingers.
  5. 5 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while taking deep breaths.
  6. 6 - Release your fingers and repeat the stretch with your left hand.
